Every time I think there is 1 new piece of news I am always naive to think that will be the only news for the day, and once again I was naive again so here are more Hybe vs Ador updates.
I know a lot more stuff has happened since the last formal update I posted of this, but with school and work I don't have time right now to go back and summarize everything so this update is all of the events that happened yesterday.

MHJ revealed to have leaked Hybe documents
It was revealed/rumored that MHJ and her team leaked the hybe documents, I made a separate post on it here (thinking that would be the only news of the day
)
MHJ's home seized by courts
It was later on reveled that day that MHJ's house has been seized by the courts.
I am not going to link to the proof for this because the papers that were leaked apparently had some of MHJ's personal information on it and I would rather not promote doxxing.
In previous updates in this series MHJ did say she was selling her house to pay the legal fee's and feels like she was maybe fated to buy her house so she could sell it for this purpose later on. Because of this, I don't think this news that her house was actually used/seized due to legal fines is too surprising? She warned us in advance.
NJ's MV Director Sues Ador
Shin Wooseok, who is NJ's MV director, has filed a criminal lawsuit against Ador.
Some sources are saying it's a defamation lawsuit, others are not really specifying but just say its a criminal lawsuit.
For some backstory:
Previously in this series, when the new Ador management took over Ador a change they made was that the videos that were on a youtube channel called "Ban Heesoo", which was made by the MV director, were taken down. This youtube channel was owned and operated by the MV director, it was not owned by Ador.
The youtube channel pretty much had extra NJ content and was said that the theme of the videos was like "seeing NJ through the eyes of Tokki's" or something. The new Ador management said the content had to be removed due to it being a problem with sponsorships for the MV's (for example, ETA was sponsored by Apple. They said the ETA content had to be removed from the channel because the youtube channel is owned by the director guy owns that channel and him uploading it was infringing on Apple's contract with them, and they were not profiting off the content on that channel or approved of it.)
I remember back then the MV director said he has an agreement with MHJ to post all of that NJ content on his channel, but with MHJ being gone that agreement was no longer binding or something.
Onto the lawsuit:
The MV director was saying the new ador management told him to remove all NJ content off his channel. The new ador management is saying they only asked him to take down the ETA content due the Apple contract.
To make like easier, going forward the New Ador Management will be referred to as NAM
Things got messy from here. The MV director said the NAM threatened him asking for double the original contract amount payment (I assume from the time MHJ had ador) if he wanted to keep the videos on his channel, and also accused them of misleading the media. The NAM accused the MV director of contract violations.
The MV director is how suing the NAM (specifically CEO Kim Joo-young and Vice CEO Lee Do-kyung) for defamation, claiming they are deceptive and manipulating the situation to their advantage, and have emails and recordings to prove himself right.
The news article ended saying that MHJ is still trying to sue Hybe to be reinstated as CEO of Hybe because it violates their shareholder agreement.

NJ's Special Performance
It was announced that NJ will be having a special performance at the Korean Grand Music Awards.
The theme of their performance will be Liberation and Freedom.
Hani will also be an MC for the awards show and have her own special performance with the other MC, actress Nam Ji-Hyun.
There will be other artists holding special performances at the awards show. Taemin's performance theme will be "the birth of the galaxy", TVXQ will have a "Kpop Living Legends" level of performance, ZB1 also seem to have a galaxy themed performance, and EXO's DO will have a special performance with singer Lee Youngji.

Can I just say if I could write papers as fast as I could write these news blurbs my school life would be 10x easier 
I am off to write yet another paper so wish me luck.
As my two cents on all of this: I think the situation between the MV director and NAM management will be kind of tricky because based on prior stuff I read about this, to my understanding the agreement he had was just sort of an informal thing between him and MHJ, not a formal contract with Ador. With MHJ gone I think the NAM can void that contract, but I agree with him that them making him pay 2X the original fees is a shitty move.
I am also wondering if NJ's freedom performance will be foreshadowing something happening in the future
