Cignature member Chloe rumored to have left the group
As the title says, it seems member Chloe from Cignature has unofficially left the group.
The company has not officially announced it yet, but she has been edited out of a header on weverse and they have been seen performing as 5 recently.
Many many sources have said that at a recent fansign Chloe was telling fans in person that she will be leaving the group, so although their company has not made an official announcement many people have begun to mourn her absence.

Ex-Gidle's Soojin US Tour Canceled
Sort of as the picture says, Soojin's North America tour which was scheduled for February 2025 has been canceled.
The event planners and venue's have just vaguely said the tour was canceled due to "unforeseen circumstances", though word on the street is that it was canceled due to low ticket sales.
(If her concert wasn't until February though it seems pretty early to cancel it due to ticket sales? Though apparently sales were literally THAT bad?)
Soojin is one of many idols who have had to cancel either one of their stops or their entire tour due to low ticket sales.
I know The Boyz, Everglow, and Chuu of Loona all did not have sold-out US tours. (I think Chuu and The Boyz still had decent turn out, and I forget if Everglow had to cancel stops?)
The recent 2024 Kpop Breakout US Tour had to cancel stops. (It was also apparently one of the worst US kpop tours of all time?)
Hyuna recently canceled her entire US tour, Waterbomb LA had to be canceled due to ticket sales, and soloist Yulee literally paid people to attend her concert.
Speaking of Hyuna:
Hyuna Officially Gets Married
Hyuna has her wedding the other day and is now officially a married woman.
Both Knets and western Kpop fans have been heavily criticizing her and her wedding a long with anyone who attended, as you can all probably imagine.
The only things off the top of my head I would like to shout out about this is that Hyuna was not walked down the isle by either of her parents, a close stylist friend of her's walked her down the isle. No one really knows why, but some fans did clarify that her parents are divorced and they both did attend the wedding as guests.
Another talk of town has been the fact that not all of her former 4minute members actually attended her wedding. I know one former member made a statement saying she would go and she was attending which brought that member a lot of backlash? But in the end I think only one member showed up? The other members said they couldn't attend due to "scheduling conflicts".
Her wedding also apparently cost almost 100 million won?
Jessi Gets Caught Up in Controversy
Soloist Jessi has been getting attacked on the internet by Knetz pretty viciously today.
To summarize what happened:
- Jessi was walking at night with people from her company when apparently a fan came up to her asking for an autograph and picture.
- A company person blocked the fan from getting close to her and cursed him out in English.
- Jessi then came forward and politely declined the fan's request twice (the fan kept asking).
- When the fan turned to leave, a person from Jessi's group then started to attack the person out of nowhere and a fight broke out.
- Jessi and her group try to pull the attacker off the fan. Jessi walks away while they are finishing pulling the guy off, and the after the fight is over the rest of the group leaves while the fan who was attacked calls the police.
- This event happened awhile ago apparently, but an undisclosed (due to being a minor in SK) 18 year old went to the news to talk about this situation now with the quote:

- The police later started investigating. Jessi and her group was at a bar later without the attacker. The attacker was apparently a friend of a producer in Jessi's group who was not friends with Jessi and she only met him earlier that day.
- The victims mother has been harassing Jessi's company blaming her for the attack and demanding compensation from her.
- Jessi and her company issued and apology and are willing to pay compensation. Jessi also personally wrote an apology on her instagram.
- As of today they still cannot find the person who attacked the fan. The person was apparently Chinese so they are having difficulty finding them, though there are rumors of who it is online and said presumed person has deleted everything off their instagram and made it private.
- I'm reading some sources saying that the fan was underage. Other sources are saying the fan who was attacked was a saesang of hers.
- I won't link the youtube video, but here is a news article.

Hybe VS Ador Drama Updates
(I need to add Belift's logo to this mix)
I have a paper due tomorrow so I don't really have time to sum up the recent hot mess that has been all the HYBE vs Ador vs Belift drama, I'll work on typing up a full report on Monday or Tuesday, but long story short:
Belift vs Ador
- ADOR said a Belift employee came forward with evidence that Belift requested NJ's original blueprints and copied it for Illit's debut.
- Belift then came forward and said that information is not true. Illits debut concept and everything was finalized by July 21st 2023. The paperwork ADOR submitted was dated end of August 2023, so the timeline does not match up. They also said they would be taking action against ADOR for leaking the name of a Belift employee and causing them to be harassed. They are also going to submit more evidence to the court.
Hybe vs MHJ
- The court hearing for MHJ to be reinstated as ADOR ceo is underway.
- Long story short things are not going well for MHJ, she has nothing to back her up while Hybe has a lot and is even using some of her old paperwork against her.
- MHJ and Hybe has until Oct 25th to submit more evidence/arguments because the court will be making a decision by then. The court would really Really like to make a decision before then though.
I recommend this twitter thread talking about it in detail with a source:
Anyway, here is today's news update with everything I can think of off the top of my head.
